Terms of Service
The rules for using Techno Dance AI, buying credits and sharing the videos you make.
In short: upload only photos you have the right to use, never create the content listed in our Acceptable Use Policy, credits pay for renders and come back when a render fails, and you are responsible for where you post your videos.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Techno Dance AI ("we", "us") for the website at technodanceai.com and everything you can do on it. By creating an account or buying credits you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You need an account to generate videos. Give us a real email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age for online services where you live if that is higher.
3. Photos you upload and AI content rules
Each video is made from one photo, and the result is AI-generated content (AIGC). Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and sets out the full rules. In short, you may upload a photo only if it shows you, or a person who has clearly agreed to appear in a techno dance video, and you own the photo or have permission to use it.
You must never use the service to create, upload or share:
- Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts or suggestive content, or sexualized versions of real people.
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, blood, cruelty, or content that threatens or incites violence or self-harm.
- Hate speech or harassment: content that attacks people for who they are, hate symbols, or videos made to bully a specific person.
- Content that endangers children: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualization of minors. Photos of minors may only be uploaded by their parent or guardian for harmless family use.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: videos of people who did not consent, of public figures without permission, or videos presented as real footage to deceive.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: photos, characters, artworks or logos you do not have the rights to use.
Enforcement. We may remove content, warn you, suspend or permanently ban your account, and cancel remaining credits or plans; credits used for violating content are not refunded. Suspected CSAM and other serious crimes lead to an immediate ban and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement. You can appeal a decision within 14 days through the contact page.
Reporting and moderation. Anyone can report a video or a misuse of their likeness through the report form. We combine a fixed template with no free-text prompts, verified paid accounts, the AI models' automated safety filters and human review of reports; see sections 3 to 5 of the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. The videos you get
A finished video shows the person in your photo performing the techno dance routine on the red-lit stage, with the original soundtrack, as a 15-second vertical MP4 without a watermark. AI output can contain mistakes, such as small changes to a face, hands or clothing; we do not promise a specific result.
As between you and us, you may use, download and share your videos for personal and creative purposes. We do not use your photos or videos to advertise the site without asking you first.
5. Credits, plans and packs
Every video costs the number of credits shown next to the Generate button. Credits are sold in two ways, and payments are handled by Stripe:
- Video packs are one-time payments. Their credits do not expire.
- Monthly plans (billed monthly or yearly) add the plan's credits to your balance every month. Credits from a plan expire at the end of that month. Plans renew automatically until you cancel in your billing settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current period stays active until it ends.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
6. Refunds
- Failed renders: if a video cannot be made for any reason, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Payments: each render costs us real money, so payments are not refunded once their credits have been used. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will look at it. If a payment is refunded, the unused credits it gave you are removed.
7. The soundtrack and the original clip
Techno Dance AI recreates a viral techno dance clip and uses that clip's music. We are an independent service and are not connected with the people in the original clip or with the owners of the music. Social platforms may mute, label or limit videos that contain commercial music; how and where you post is your responsibility.
8. What you must not do
- break the law, or someone else's rights, with the site or its videos;
- try to get around credits, payments, rate limits or safety checks;
- scrape the site, overload it, or access parts of it you were not given access to;
- resell access to the service, or present generated videos as real footage in order to deceive;
- create anything in the six prohibited categories of section 3.
9. Changes to the service
We keep improving the site, which can mean changing the model, the video length, the quality settings or the prices. Prices you already paid are not changed retroactively. We may pause the service for maintenance, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.
10. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in your settings; your photos and videos are deleted with it, and unused credits are lost. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
12. Updates to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be announced by email or on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Questions
Use the contact page for anything about these terms.
